JUMP & TONE
This jump-board class combines joint-friendly cardio with targeted strength work—right on the Reformer. The jump board enables controlled supine jumps that train endurance, coordination, and strength at the same time. Jump & Tone gets your cardiovascular system going and leaves you feeling energized.

Classic
Holistic body training according to the original Pilates method by Joseph Pilates. In Classic Pilates, you work precisely and controlled on your strength, mobility, and posture. The exercises follow a clear, traditional sequence and combine flowing movements with conscious breathing. The focus is on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, improving your body awareness, and building stability and balance. An ideal course to strengthen your core, prevent tension, and create a sustainable foundation for your everyday life and other forms of training.

This specially designed Reformer class gently supports your return to strength after birth. The focus is on strengthening the pelvic floor, deep abdominal muscles, and healthy posture—without performance pressure, with lots of care and sensitivity.
Your baby is of course welcome—enjoy a relaxed time together on the Reformer or simply nearby. Mommy & Me offers not only physical stability, but also moments of calm, connection, and self-care.
