Reformer Classes
Our Reformer Classes represent a modern and refined Pilates experience in a personal setting. In small groups, you mindfully build strength, stability, and mobility – supported by the Reformer for a deep, controlled, and highly effective workout.
Beginner
Beginner Ideal for getting started at NA Pilates. Here you will learn the fundamentals of Reformer training, how to use the machine, as well as initial visceral principles. Recommended for anyone attending NA Pilates for the first time.

Full Body
Full-body training for strength, mobility, and stability. Using the Reformer, you train all muscle groups in a targeted, controlled, and deep way. The focus is on functional movements, balanced load, and healthy posture – always in harmony with breathing and body awareness. Ideal for building strength, improving posture, and strengthening your core.

Pre Align
Gentle and functional movement training designed specifically for pregnancy. This is intentionally not Pilates, as Pilates continuously activates the deep core muscles. The focus here is entirely on your well-being, adapted to your trimester and energy level.

JUMP & TONE
This class with the Jump Board combines lowimpact cardio with targeted strength training – directly on the Reformer. The jump board allows controlled jumping movements in a lying position, training endurance, coordination, and strength all at once. Jump & Tone boosts your cardiovascular system and leaves you feeling energized.

Classic
A full-body workout based on the original Pilates method by Joseph Pilates. In Classic Pilates, you work with precision and control on your strength, mobility, and posture. The exercises follow a clear, traditional sequence, combining fluid movements with mindful breathing. The focus is on strengthening the deep abdominal and back muscles, improving body awareness, and building stability and balance. An ideal class to strengthen your core, prevent tension, and create a sustainable foundation for everyday life and other forms of training.

Streching
Release tension, find length, and bring your body into balance. In this gentle Reformer format, active stretching takes center stage - supported by the resistance and guidance of the machine. Targeted, controlled stretches improve your mobility, support recovery, and enhance body awareness. Ideal as a balance to everyday life or intense training – for more flexibility, lightness, and a sense of ease in your body.

Full Body Light
Full Body Light is the perfect next step after the Beginner class. In this moderate fullbody workout, you strengthen all major muscle groups in a gentle way. MOMMY & ME
This specially designed Reformer class gently supports you in rebuilding strength after childbirth. The focus is on strengthening the pelvic floor, deep core muscles, and healthy posture – without performance pressure, but with great care and awareness. Your baby is, of course, welcome – for a relaxed shared moment on the Reformer or simply close to you. Mommy & Me offers not only physical stability, but also moments of calm, connection, and self-care.
